Where do we ship?

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Do we ship to hotels and resorts?

  • You bet! If you're shipping to a hotel or resort, be sure to enter the reservation name and your check-in date in the Name field at checkout. Use the hotel's address as the shipping address. After placing your order, send us an email so we can confirm the details and ensure smooth delivery. Once you arrive, simply check with the concierge desk to pick up your package!

How long does shipping take?

  • We can usually process and print the order within 3 days and ship them via USPS OR UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location but you can expect the order to arrive in about 10 business days.

Do we accept returns or exchanges?

  • Due to the nature of our products (we make each one to order), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checking out!
  • If you receive a damaged or defective poncho please contact us and we’ll make it right! Whether it’s a refund or a quick replacement.
  • And if that does happen - we’re so sorry! We don’t take your business for granted and always try to produce and review each product with meticulous attention to detail but alas, we are human (until the business is run by autonomous robots) and mistakes can happen from time to time.

What are our ponchos made of?

Our ponchos are made from 0.10mm single-ply clear PVC. PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride, a type of plastic that is lightweight, flexible, and waterproof.It’s commonly used for rain gear and protective coverings because it’s durable and resistant to moisture

How do they differ from those super cheap ponchos?

Our ponchos are most similar to the ponchos you will find for sale in the parks. They are reusable and more durable than the “dollar store” disposable ponchos that are made of ultra-thin .02mm polyethylene (PE) plastic that have more of a plastic bag feel. We have nothing against them and think they are great to have handy in case of an emergency! ( < note my sister in a sudden. downpour at Disney Springs), but we have found that they tear easily, blow loudly and rapidly in the wind, and stick a bit to our skin so they’re not our first choice for extended wear.

Are the ponchos one-size-fits-all?

For the most part! Our ponchos measure 52” wide by 80” long when unfolded. When you’re wearing it, it is about 40in long so it hits below the knees on most adults. Little ones under 48in might find it a bit tricky to wear. We’re on the hunt to source some youth ponchos so hopefully those will be coming soon!

The neck hole measures approximately 7 inches in diameter with a 22-inch circumference. The hole is reinforced but does stretch a bit if you have any trouble getting it over your noggin.

Are the ponchos reusable?

Yes! Our ponchos are made from durable PVC, so they can be used multiple times with proper care.

Care FAQs

How should we store our poncho for reuse?

Throughout the day, we recommend shaking off excess water before lightly folding up and sticking in your bag/stroller/backpack. Once you’re back at your home or hotel, lay the poncho out or hang it over a chair to dry completely, before folding and storing away in a cool, dry place.

How should we clean our ponchos?

Wipe your poncho with a damp cloth and mild soap, then hang it to dry. Avoid machine washing or drying.
